Chris Casey-Kon, Founder
Born and raised in Maida Vale, Chris is a real estate agent with more than fifteen years of competitive experience. Before launching CORE in 2022, Chris worked prolifically across London for a long-established international agency and was a temporary partner at a local boutique agency. Chris, aware of the growing dissatisfaction among clients that they were ‘just another number’, set out to build his own agency that worked against the convoluted, often ostracising procedures of major corporate agencies. Returning to his childhood stomping ground, Chris laid the foundations for an agency that would redefine the formula for modern estate agencies and emerge as a leading player in West and North West London. CORE was born.
A former student of St. Saviours COE Primary School himself, Chris is now proud to sponsor local schools through CORE.
Elsa Ramsamy, Head of Property Management
Born in Port Louis, Mauritius, Elsa is a multifaceted and versatile team member, who has unflinchingly maneuvered herself across the industry in her ten plus years of experience. Her background is impressively varied— spanning finance, sales and property management— and has enabled her to build and nurture an enviable resume of interpersonal and professional skills. In 2023, Elsa joined CORE Residential to head up Tenancy Progression and Property Management and has proved herself to be a force commensurate to her vast experience. Capable of seamlessly moderating major repairs, facilitating high-pressure insurance claims, and resolving disputes, Elsa leads with ease, expertise and an arresting smile.
Lucy Delaney, Property Advisor
Born and raised in Maida Vale, Lucy is a property advisor whose roots in West London run deep. Lucy started as a secretary for high-end corporate agencies, developing shrewd and expeditious organisational skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Her migration to the front line of London real estate arrived when her burgeoning interest in interior design and property was too great to be tempered. Chris— CORE’s Director and a leading London property expert— took her under his wing, identifying her passion, tenacity and versatility. Lucy knows West London intimately, and lives currently in Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill. She is a proud mother of two and is passionate about marrying young and aspiring families to their dream homes.
Teddy Harrington, Private Client Executive and Lead Writer
Armed with an auspiciously diverse resume of skills and experience, Teddy Harrington is a new and exciting addition to the world of real estate. Graduating with distinction from one of Europe’s leading institutions for drama and theatre, Teddy worked extensively across London’s West End and the United Kingdom as an actor, whilst simultaneously nurturing his love for creative writing that had seen him once on track for Oxbridge. His burgeoning love for property– namely, their history and legacy– is owed to his family, most of which are builders, contractors and designers. In 2021, he served as project manager on a family renovation project, restoring a 16th-century legacy farmhouse to glory. Today, he continues to establish himself in TV and film, whilst thriving concomitantly under the mentorship of Core director, Chris Casey-Kon, in London real estate.
